Membership & Communications Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Membership & Communications Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Membership Program, and assisting the Communications Director in managing content creation and distribution that connects people with South Florida’s birds and ecosystems, elevates Tropical Audubon Society’s community profile, and enhances our advocacy and outreach. These communications duties encompass social media, e-newsletters, media advisories, internal reporting and other as-needed messaging. Monitoring media coverage, attending organization events and helping produce multimedia projects will also be expected.
